Share Space with Us

Virgil and Rebecca, who live in and share the Maple House, rent out the Poetry Room (queen bed) and the Monet Room (double bed) to temporary guests.

The two bedrooms share one nearby bath. The hosts have their own bath.

How to Reserve

If our home is a good fit for you, use our Contact Us page, or text or call Rebecca at 513-799-8934 for more information or to make a reservation. Pay by credit card when you make the reservation.

Each bedroom is $100 per night, with no additional fees.

Our Expectations

All guests share the Maple House with the hosts.
All guests must be 18 or over—no infants or children. Up to two adults per room. Registered guests only.
No pets are allowed.
Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m.
Parking is on the street in front of our house.
No animals of any kind are allowed, inside or out.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
No strong perfumes or scents are allowed.
No candles or other open flames are allowed.
Kitchen use is limited to the microwave and some fridge space.
Guests may take photos, but photo/film/video sessions require our prior approval and fees may be added.
